How SpeedCurve's RUM Product uses Cookies
SpeedCurve's Real User Monitoring product (LUX) measures a visitors experience when they view and interact with a site. It captures data such as how quickly pages load, whether the page was responsive when someone tried to interact with it and how long was a visitors session.
We use a cookie (lux_uid) to group the pages a user visitor together as a session.
The cookie is tied to the site being visited, expires 30 minutes after the last page view and contains a randomly generated identifier.
The cookie is not used to track a visitor across sites, or from one visit to the next.
If you would like to know more about the data RUM collects we publish a full list on this page
