If you are looking to set up page labels for RUM, please see this article.
Sometimes you will expect to see a page label referenced in the select box or when filtering a favorites chart, but are unable to find it. This is usually due to one of these reasons:
If this is the case, you can simply type in the name of the page precisely as it would appear and select 'Go' to filter. If the page is popular enough, it should show up within the next day or so and you won't have to remember to do this. Also, it's important to know that we will only show the 'Top 50' page labels in the dropdown, based on the last 2 days of data.
To determine if the page label is being set from you page, follow the steps in the rum page label guide to get the output of LUX.getDebug() which will look something like this:
When you hover over the url in the last line, you'll see the beacon with parameters that were sent for the page. Look for the 'l' param (label). Is it present? Does it look correct? In this example, the label is set to 'home':
*Sending main RUM beacon: https://lux.speedcurve.com/lux/?v=211&id=73376842&sid=161377080799147368&uid=161377080799147368&l=home&NT=1613770807159fs34ds34de34cs34ce34qs34bs386be392ol392oi479os544oe544oc1386ls1386le1386sr496fc496lc487&LJS=d29t46f314c21n410e1r100x6814l408s832&PS=ns4bs0is3294ss0bc0ic4419ia1it4dd5nd294vh931vw1280dh9263dw1280ct4G_er0nt0dm8&CPU=s|66,n|1,d|66,x|66,i|496,410|66&ET=nav-links|496,nav-title|496&HN=wildlyinaccurate.com&CLS=0.018235&UT=LUX_end|1590*
If this doesn't look correct, make sure you are setting the variable correctly and that it is being set early enough in the page to ensure it gets sent in the beacon.
