Empty charts

"Help! My data isn't showing up in my charts!"

If your charts are empty, the most common reason is that there's been a change in either your test settings or your chart filters. For example, if you've changed a page label in your settings from "home" to "home page", but your chart filter is still set to "home". Or if you've changed a browser, region, URL, test time, etc. 

Take a look at your settings and filters to see if there's a discrepancy. If you're not able to spot the issue, send us a note at [email protected].
