RUM heatmap update

Based on popular demand, the RUM heatmap (currently found on the RUM Performance dashboard) has been updated to include:
- Interaction to next paint (INP) - the heatmap now includes all CWV (LCP, CLS & INP) in addition to Backend Time and Start Render
- Heatmaps are now filterable by dimension! While page labels and path remain a popular option, seeing the breakdown across various out of the box dimension can help identify potential pain points.
